Floating rate - approximate amount

The exchange is carried out at a floating rate, which can change until the order is executed.

The service's rate is based on market quotes obtained from Binance, MEXC, KuCoin, OKX, Gate and Heleket platforms (depending on the chosen currency pair). The final rate may differ from the current market value both upwards and downwards, as it takes into account internal commissions and the pricing features of the service. The indicated rate is approximate and is not guaranteed until the order processing is completed.

Course and payment amount

After the full crediting of the incoming asset and receiving the necessary number of network confirmations (indicated at payment) the service fixes the initial exchange rate and calculates the preliminary amount to be received. The specified number of confirmations is the maximum value, while the rate fixation and transfer of the application for processing can be carried out earlier depending on the features of the technical systems used.
The specified number of network confirmations determines the moment of crediting the incoming asset and is not the term of execution of the exchange operation.

The processing time of the application can be up to 240 minutes.. During this period, the service executes the deal under current market conditions and has the right to recalculate the exchange rate in case of a change in the market situation.

Recalculation of the rate and payment amount

If after the initial fixation of the rate, the market movement for the corresponding currency pair exceeds 0.1% in the unfavorable direction for the execution of the application, the service has the right to fix a new rate and recalculate the amount to be received. The new rate replaces the previously valid rate and is used for further calculation of the application.

After fixing the new rate the increase in the amount to be received is not made. Until the completion of the application processing, the payout amount may remain unchanged or decrease in case of subsequent unfavorable change in the market situation.

Refund

In the process of exchange, the incoming crypto asset may be converted into USDT as part of the execution of the order.

In case of cancellation of the order at the user's initiative after such conversion, the refund is made in USDT in the amount fixed at the time of conversion. The return of the originally received asset and its repurchase by the service are not guaranteed.

When refunding at the user's initiative the service has the right to withhold a commission of up to 3% of the payment amount, but not more than 100 USD. This covers the costs of processing the operation and ensures the technical and financial security of the service.
