EXMO cryptocurrency exchanger is preparing to issue its own EXMO Coin token. This is an altcoin of the ERC-20 format, with the help of which users of the trading platform will be able to access bonuses, copy trading services, increased referral payments and other services, as well as save on commissions, a representative of the platform told RBC-Crypto.

Among other things, EXMO holders will be able to convert cryptocurrency dust into it (balances on the balance sheet that are insufficient for trading or withdrawal), vote for listing or delisting projects, gain access to trading after listing and IEO of cryptocurrencies. The distribution of the token will be carried out using the initial exchanger offer, the first stage is scheduled for approximately August 1. There will also be a closed pre-sale.

In total, three rounds of IEO are expected, each of which is tied to a major technical update of the platform. The exchanger team reported that EXMO Coin has a quarterly token burning procedure: all coins received from the purchase of a premium Cashback rate on the platform will be utilized - up to 50% of the total turnover.
