Floating rate - indicative amount

The exchange is carried out at a floating rate, which can change until the order is executed.
The displayed amount is formed based on the quotes of Binance, Huobi, Mexc, Rapira, Heleket (depending on the selected currency pair) and other platforms and is indicative.
For execution, the service can use alternative sources of liquidity (for example, Exnode, Rango).

Course and payout amount

The rate for receipt is fixed after the full crediting of the incoming asset, determined by the necessary number of confirmations in the network (indicated when paying).
The payout amount is approximate and is not exceeded; it can be reduced (but not increased) under the conditions:
-Volatility >0.1% for the time of execution of the application (up to 180 minutes)
-Limited liquidity depth
-Spread between buying and selling on the trading platform
-Slippage when executing an order on the trading platform

Refund

When conducting an exchange, the incoming crypto asset can be automatically converted into the transit asset USDT (trading process).
In case of cancellation of the exchange at the user's initiative after the conversion, a refund can be made in the convertible asset USDT in the amount fixed at the time of conversion from the incoming asset, without carrying out a reverse buyout of the original asset; the service does not guarantee the return of the original asset.

When initiating a refund by the user, a commission of up to 3% of the payment amount (but not more than 100 usd) is withheld, covering the costs of processing the operation and ensuring the technical and financial security of the service.

Tips for users

If you want an exact amount to receive, choose a fixed rate. A floating rate is suitable if you are ready for an approximate amount and possible changes within up to 180 minutes.
